The circular stainless steel premix heat exchanger provides high heat transfer efficiency, ensuring fuel savings and long-lasting performance.

Superior DemirDöküm Quality

DemirDöküm boilers are tested under demanding operating conditions equivalent to 15 years of usage. All DemirDöküm boilers successfully pass the following tests before commissioning:

• Boiler Lifetime Test: Continuous 50,000 on/off cycles over 18 months.

• Heat Exchanger Lifetime Test: 25,000 ignition cycles over 12 months and 2,000 hours of operation at 100% modulation.

• Filter Groups, Plate Heat Exchanger, and Pump Tests: Intensive corrosion and particle tests with 20,000 cycles under high system capacity conditions for 30 weeks.

• Fan Resistance Test: Emission measurements under high wind speeds from different angles.

Electricity Savings with Frequency-Controlled Pump

The high-efficiency pump automatically adjusts its speed according to the heating system requirements, reducing electricity consumption.

According to ErP regulations, the boiler provides A-class domestic hot water efficiency with an XL flow profile, ensuring significant savings in hot water consumption.

When excessive pressure occurs in the heating system, a warning symbol appears on the control display to alert the user.
